The Empower programme has been designed to help adults who are living with a disability or long-term health condition develop new skills and gain the confidence to get into the workplace.
Empower is an exciting new employment support programme for individuals who are not employed who have a disability, health condition and those who identify as autistic or neurodivergent.
Empower is a partnership of USEL, Disability Action and Specialisterne NI Empower is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
