Usel provides a wide range of employment programmes across Northern Ireland to assist and support people with disabilities or health related conditions into employment.

Our highly experienced and qualified team of Employment Support Officers and Training Officers work closely with programme participants to explore their career options and provide a range of supports and assistance to help them move into their chosen employment. See below training that we offer.
TRAINING FOR SUCCESS (TFS)
(School Leavers)
Training for Success is designed for young people aged 16 - 17, with extended age eligibility for young people with a disability up to age 22 and up to age 24 for those from an in-care background.

Usel delivers Training for Success in vocational areas including;

The participant will work towards achieving targeted qualifications in each of the four areas outlined below:

The programme guarantees training up to 104 weeks (156 weeks for those with a disability) to help you gain the recognised skills and qualifications to help you progress in your chosen career.

Skills for your life will help you address personal and development needs and gain skills and qualifications you need to get a job or progress to higher level.

Training for Success is designed for young people aged 16 - 17 (up to 24 years for those requiring additional support). The programme guarantees training up to 104 weeks (156 weeks for those with a disability) to help young people gain the recognised skills and qualifications to help you progress in your chosen career.
