USEL (Ulster Supported Employment Limited) is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Omagh.
The new premises, located at Omagh Enterprise Park, will enable USEL to expand its Employment Services division further into the West of the province, with services offered throughout County Fermanagh and County Tyrone. The employment support programmes available through our Omagh site include:
- Workable (NI) (a programme designed to support those with disabilities into and within the workplace on a longer term basis);
- New Deal for Disabled Persons (for those on Incapacity Benefit and other health related Benefits who need support in finding and securing employment);
and
- Pathways Work Preparation Programme (designed to offer those on Incapacity Benefit the chance to participate in work preparation training and a work placement of their choice).
The opening of our Omagh office coincides with the recruitment of Employment Services Officer Delia Devlin, who will be based at the Omagh site. Delia, who hails from Cookstown, has several years experience in supporting disabled or marginalised individuals from the County Fermanagh and County Tyrone regions into appropriate training, development and employment opportunities in the local area.
